Are they waterproof?
The fabric is water resistant and sheds a splash. A bag left in standing water in a garage will let water in through the zip, so do not treat it as a dry box.
Will 65 pounds actually lift?
The handles will take it. Whether you should is a different question, and books reach that weight faster than anyone expects.
Can they be stacked?
Two or three high with soft contents. They are bags rather than crates, so a tall stack leans.
Do they fold away?
