Dicing an onion by hand takes a knife, a board, and a minute you may not have. A chopper trades that for a press of the lid and a container you can carry to the pan. Ukeetap builds two versions of the same idea, and the difference between them is how many jobs you want it to cover.

How the line differs, model by model
The eight-blade set covers dicing in two sizes, slicing, and the grater plates that most weeknight cooking asks for. It is the one to buy if the chopper is going to live in a cupboard between uses.
The twelve-blade set adds the finer plates and the julienne cuts. It costs ten dollars more and takes more drawer space, and it earns both if you cook from raw most nights.
Neither set replaces a mandoline for paper-thin work, and neither likes a soft tomato as much as it likes an onion. That is the honest edge of the tool.

Does it go in the dishwasher?
All parts and accessories are dishwasher safe by the maker's description, and the container is the part you will want to put in there.
Is it safe to press hard?
The frame is built for it, and the base grips. Fingers stay above the lid, not near the plate, which is the whole point of the design.
What does it struggle with?
Very ripe tomatoes and anything you want sliced paper thin. Onions, peppers, carrots and cucumbers are its natural work.
Are the blades replaceable?
The maker does not sell replacements, so the set is what you have. Rinse the plates before food dries on them and they stay sharp for a long time.
This is the department with the lowest rating in the range, at 4.2, and the reason is in the reviews: people who expected a mandoline were disappointed, and people who wanted their onions diced were not.
